Cedar Starboard

Vintage: NV (at least 12-year-old blend of red or white fortified wine)
Alcohol: 17.5%
Variety: Blend
Tasting notes: We all agree, tastes like Christmas cake (but in a bottle). Rich and full of juicy raisons and spice.
Food pairing: Cheese platters after a meal(with lots of hard and soft cheeses. The tastier the cheese the better.)

“Another Brew” Chocolate Tawny

Vintage: NV
Alcohol: 16.8%
Variety: Tawny port blended on site to our own secret recipe.
Tasting notes: If you love chocolate, you will love this. It is rich in chocolate (a hint of the tawny port in the background) with enticing vanilla.
Food pairing: Desert: Chocolate pudding (Mom’s famous rich, self-saucing pudding!), vanilla ice cream etc.

JP Selection

Vintage: 1997
Alcohol: 19%
Variety: Blend
Tasting notes: Rich and layered aromas and flavours highlighted by whiskey overtones, oak, spice, butterscotch and much more. Take your time for the flavours to reveal themselves in this rare, aged, fortified wine (AKA Vintage port). This will continue to age if left in a cool, dry space out of the heat and light.
Food pairing: Sticky date pudding. Soft, blue cheeses.
