This pack of six bottles is a beautiful combination of our whites (WIZARD WHITE & SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON), together with our signature wine (REVELATION RED), a medium body rosè (IN THE PINK) and a full body red (SYRAH SHIRAZ) and finishing with a very fruity Tawny port (CEDAR STARBOARD).

Vintage: NV
Variety: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
Alcohol: 10%
Tasting notes: This is our signature wine and our visitors to the centre love the effect of chilling this sweet red blend. Spice, plums and tannins combine to make a wine that starts of sweet but finishes a little dry.
Food pairing: Anything from Pepperoni pizza (wood fired ideally) to a cheese platter or spicy rich and meaty dishes.

In The Pink

Vintage: NV
Variety: Verdelho/Syrah blend
Alcohol: 12.2%
Tasting notes: Flavours of strawberries and cream dance on the palate because of only three hours of skin contact after crushing (Syrah). The balanced tannins from the Syrah leave the finish pleasantly dry.
Food pairing: This wine is well suited to grilled seafood, fresh prawns of flaky white fish.

Syrah Shiraz

Vintage: 2025
Variety: Syrah/Shiraz
Alcohol: 13.5%
Tasting notes: The 2025 vintage is showing succulent black fruits with soft white pepper and a touch of spice and fine tannins. It is best described as a medium-bodied red and still elegant.
Food pairing: Best paired with richly spiced red meat or BBQ’s. Lashings of grilled or BBQ’s vegetables will also go down a treat with this wine.

Tasting notes: This is a blend of late harvest Verdelho and Muscat grapes. Light, tropical flavours provide the palate with ample fruit and sweetness with a gentle touch of acidity at the finish for balance.
Food pairing: Mexican food, cheese or fruit platters.

Vintage: NV (at least 12-year-old blend of red or white fortified wine)
Alcohol: 17.5%
Variety: Blend
Tasting notes: We all agree, tastes like Christmas cake (but in a bottle). Rich and full of juicy raisons and spice.
Food pairing: Cheese platters after a meal(with lots of hard and soft cheeses. The tastier the cheese the better.)
